My husband ordered a pair of tanzanite/diamond earrings. At the time of purchase he asked if the posts were screw post and was told yes. When the earrings arrived on 10/26 they didn't have screw backs and would not stay in my ears because of the weight of the earrings. We returned them on 10/25 insured, return receipt requested. When we didn't get the return receipt back my husband called on 11/9 and was told they received them on 11/7 and they had 30 days to return the money. When I checked the 2nd week of December I was told their contract reads 30 business days. At the end of that period I called and was told it would be here by the following Monday. Well after many phone calls and many hours on hold I still haven't received my money back. I keep being told "Tina" is the only person that does monetary returns. "Tina" has yet to return one of at least 25 phone calls. Their customer service website that promises a answer within 2 business days has never answered any of my many request. I have filed a report with the local Sheriff's department but because I'm in Georgia and they are in Ca. There's not much they are willing to do.
