They promised postal exam registration materials and practice tests and did not deliver. I gave them my post office box but have not received anything. They charged my credit card that same day.
I have called their phone number twice and the reply is "this number is temporarely out of service". I called my credit card provider and they called the number they had on file and got the same response and passed it on to their dispute department which as of today has not taken action. 16 days and nothing from either this company or my credit card provider.
