I ordered the free trial anti-age serum on the internet and it arrived 2 weeks ago. I have not had any results from using this serum and today I found out that my credit card has been charged $193.59 on 14 February. I tried to contact the company on the phone number from their website but couldn't get through. My bank has said they will investigate but cannot stop the direct debits. I feel at a loss, can someone please tell me what can I do to stop this. Thank you. Candice B
