I am seeking this much because they have a 99% uptime guarantee which they don't honor at all. I have my site monitored and it has been down 25 times in the last few days alone. I work online and should have a lot of traffic showing up but they can't get there because my site server is always down. Also I have been turned down be cpa networks because they can't access my site. Then when I talk to them they say sorry it will be working fine soon. Sorry if you don't like it I will cancel your account for you. So they don't keep there word or honor a gaurantee so I want the money that I should be making but can't because they will not fix the problem.
