Bought a sony home share speaker model sans400 for my best friend for Christmas. He opened it and it did not have an ac adapter in the box. Called Sony multiple times was sent the wrong part X1. Then more hours on hold with sony. Was promised correct part would be shipped and nothing showed up. 3 weeks went by... More hours of hold on the phone with sony to tell me to go out and buy one at an electronics store and they will re-imburse me the cost. Well no one carries this particular adapter. Had to order it online and it may not even work. What a dissapointing joke sony turns out to be... I will never buy another sony product...
