Mislead

I called CRN on 02/15 for info on a homebuying program to purchase foreclosures. I was told my debit card to my ck. Acct. Would be billed $1.99 for a 30 day trial peroid. I explained to the rep. That I was retired on a fixed income and didn't have much money in my acct. He reassured me that I would only be charged the $1.99. He then started telling me about some other programs they offered for $24.99 with a 30 day trial. I again asked him how much I would be charged because I had already told him I didn`t have much money in my account. He again told me $1.99 which lead me to think these other programs were included with this program for the 30 day trial.

The next day 2/16 I checked my acct because I had a bill on autopay, to find that they had charged my ck. Acct.$74.97 for 3 other programs at $24.99 each. This caused my autopay bill to be returned and I was charged a $30 insuff. Funds fee. I called them on 2/16 to let them know what happened and they said they would investigate it. They called me back on 2/17 and we listened to the recording which clearly states what I said above. They cancelled the programs because I had a 30 day trial but refused to reimburse me the $30 insuff fund fee which they caused. I then ask under the conditions if they could get my money back in my acct today (the refund) because the autopay bill would be resubmitted and if the my money not in there I would be getting another insuff funds fee for $30. They told me I wouldn`t get it back for 3-5 business days. Well it only took 1 day to take my money out of my acct. Under the conditions I asks if they could get it back in my acct. They refused an said it was all on me even tho they caused the problem Ithink its really sad when a big company like this won`t work with its customers. I would like to be reimbused for the $30 insuff fund fee and any other insuff fund fee that I acquire because of their actions. Please look in to this for me.

Thank you
