When I entered my name and password their system
wouldn't put it through so I wasn't able to order any
CDs or MP3s. This became so frustrating that at the
time I just gave up!
When i tried to contact the company for customer
service I found they didn't have any or facility to deal
with complaints or problems! It was a dead end and
my money was already billed out to them!
