COTABATO CITY NEWS Cotabato City Mayor Japal Jojo Guiani Jr. And six of his men were charged by The Criminal Investigation and Detection Groups (CIDG) Special Investigation Task Group Semaof FRUSTRATED MURDER last Monday, in connection with the recent ambush to Cotabato City Vice Mayor Muslimin Mus G. Sema last January 10. CIDG Director Samuel Pagdilao Jr. Said that based on witnesses accounts, investigators found that the assasination attempt on Sema had been long-schemed & that the suspects have conspired to kill Sema. The Criminal Inquiry & Detection Groups (CIDG) Special Inquiry Task Group Sema filed frustrated murder & tried murder charges against Guiani, Cynthia Sayadi & her husband Omar Sayadi, City Councilors Graham Dumama & Abdilla Lim, Barangay Chairman Amil Sula, & Police Inspector Noel L. Gutierrez, formerly the deputy station commander of Cotabato City.
