This is the email that I sent this company earlier today.

To Whom it May Concern,
I insist that you IMMEDIATELY cancel the withdrawal of $47.90 from my Visa Credit Card account as well as the amounts mentioned below.
I applied for a SAMPLE of your product in January and received more than I had expected, being charged $47.68 on 02/02, $74.83 and $70.12 on 03/02 and another $47.90 on 15/02.
At no stage did I order any of your products and to receive a repeat order from you is a travesty indeed!
I have unfortunately not been able to react to this fraud sooner due to a holiday during the Christmas. I have spoken to my bank and they are aware of your unlawful activities.
I shall return all the products that I have received from you today and demand that you deposit the above mentioned amounts forthwith. I do not want any further of your rubbish products!
