I ordered two Introductory items on 7.1.2012 and paid the expected Shipping fee of $3.16 for each item. To date, 3rd Feb I have not received these items, however on 24.1.2012 & 26.1.2012 my Visa has been credited with two additional amounts of $98.90 & $88.50 of which I did not authorise. I repeat I still have not seen any products.
