Went through a website which I thought was the official Beats by Dr. Dre website, called the number and ordered.
We received the item and in less than 3 months these do not work. I called the Beats company, they needed a serial number and said it was with the headband of the headset... It was no where to be found and this is where the real beats headsets have them.
This was a birthday present for my daughter's 17th birthday.
