Someone called my phone and said i was approved for their card and they said that all I would have to do is let them take 99.00 out of my account and I don't even know how they got my number but they said it will build my credit and I still did'n get the card

When they presented the card to me they said it was like an american express card also, i thought it was a credit card to use every day, when i tried to cancel it and get my processing fee back
