Do not do business with this company. I called to pay the balance of my loan in full. The following week, they deducted 153.25 from my account. When I called to check into it and get a refund, the customer service agent was rude, hung up on me&but of course she told me I still had a 6.00 balance that she would "write off". Their automated dialing system calls continously. I can not get them to quit calling. I will have my bank try to recover the fraudulent charges instead of dealing with them. I have reported them to the BBB and to the FCC. I will continue to report their deceitful tactics so that the next person will be aware and not do business with this company.
