I won two auctions and paid with credit card. I have been getting promises of refund since 01/25. They suggested that the refund was to be in bids, and in fact added a bunch of bids to my Dealfun account. I responded that it was unacceptable and I wanted my credit card to be credited or send me refund in the form of VISA, MASTERCARD, etc. They now don't answer my updates to their trouble ticket that they assigned to me.
