Recieved a package in the mail today from this company. Opened it to see collagen facial products that I had not ordered. There was a packing slip enclosed but no $value or anything. I called visa to see if I had been billed by this company and sure enough there was a charge for $106.39. I have called Pure Collagen skin.com and they have agreed to refund 1/2 the amount! What?! I did not agree to this! Total scam.
