I ordered on January 25th. I ordered two canvas' as a gift for my Mom. They promised to ship out WITHIN two days AND promised to provide shipping info and tracking information. Never received the tracking information and to this day have not received my canvas'. When you email you get an automatic response saying that they have high volumes - Which is total bs. When I called the first 3 times it rang and rang and finally went to an answering machine. Every call after that went straight to someone saying the mailbox was full and to "please hang up". Keep in mind the fourth call where they told me to "please hang up" was MAYBE 2 minutes after the 3rd call saying, "Please leave a message". Totally screams scam to me. Why are these people still in business??? We all need to BBB them ASAP!
