I saw the ad on TV for two keyboards for the price of one, just pay additional shipping and handling. Since the shipping was $7.95 each I considered the keyboards still a reasonable deal. After they have you input your credit information the website takes you through a series of upgrade/addon questions with the defaul being "YES" to accept the offer. Only after navigating all of the pages can you see your final bill with no way to change it or go back. If you cancel the page they process the order even without your final acceptance. When I called customer service to cancel the order I was told they couldn't do anything for 5 hours. Finally got the order cancelled the following Monday.
