Had appointment for my car to be assessed, cause of damage caused to my right front door caused by a lock out done by a towing company. The adjuster was very nice and well spoken. However, upon her inspection of our car, she wanted another inspector to look at it. So he can out to the car took a look and proceeded to grab a hold of the door and bend it and then said "There you go it's Fixed." Prior to that there was other people coming into the establishment to get their vehicles checked out and I didn't see him go out to there vehicle and try to fix theirs and then say " There It's Fixed." I feel like my husband was discriminated against that day by that employee. I felt very disrespected. I think that we deserved more than that.
