Tommy Hilfigher charged my credit card after placing order in Tommy.com. About 8 days later, since the items had not arrived, I contacted customer service who just said my order had been cancelled without any valid reasons. Card charges were reversed, but merchandise was not available any longer. Just bad customer service.
