I went to the bank as it was pay day only to find a large sum of money had been taken from my account unauthorised. £67.70 isn't a large amount of money to some people but being a lone parent with a child under one this was a large sum. I called fraud line from my bank only to find i had to wait 30 days before they could dispute it. I gained the details needed from my bank statement and contacted the company myself only to find the contact details were invalid. I still have not recieved my refund for the unauthorised payment and am still struggling along.
