We were informed 9:30 AM on 12/09 that our unit was broken into and we should call the sheriff. We believe that because of the guard being fired two weeks earlier and the company saying that the guard was probably involved because it happened the day after he was fired this means that it happened two weeks before we were notified. The company said that it was company policy to notify the renter that it was his responsibility
To call the sheriff. Also I signed a contract that said I should have a electrical gate which was never installed. And they purposely downgraded the type of latch to make an easier for management and a thief to a break in with a tin snips. I have a lot more proof of their negligence.
