I agreed to have the free trial, ok'd them to take $6. However in the next month two payments were taken. I contacted them as i did receive the trial offer sample. Not that it worked. So i contacted them to cancelled and amazingly i got my money back. I emailed the support team. That worked for me. Give it a try. They ask you to ring a number in your city. Im from new zealand. They say they will refund within 30 days of them duducting the money. Good luck all
