When purchasing certain products via telephone operators may ask you if you would like to receive various free goods, i.E.gift cards, discount coupons. After declinging the service and not receiving the "keep it for free even if you're not satisfied" gift card, I continued to incur charges on my credit card.
For 6 months I have been unaware of these charges have lost over $100. The company refused to refund my money. Beware of scams such as this and always check your credit card statements for suspicious spending.
