I recieved an Invoice on June 22 stating I was being billed $24.00 for six minutes for a call to the United Kingdom made through my computer.in addition they are charging my phone company 1.99 per minute.
I have no idea who National One is or what they are talking about. They have a customer serivce site that is suppose to help you, but it didn't help at all. They ask you to download some software that could maybe help you find the site you are supposedly being billed for. Did not help!
So in total I am being asked to pay $36.00 for something that never happened. I don't know about anybody else but I sure don't have $36.00 to pay for nothing.
Could someone please let me know how to get rid of these people.
First of all it has been my experience that if you have to pay for anything on-line that you will be asked if you have a credit card, and then for your card information, Secondly if this is a legitimate company wouldn't they have a phone number where they could be reached for any questions?!
