I received a ph call from someone claiming to be a representative from medicare. She spoke with a very heavy accent and it was very difficult to understand her. She told me i was to receive a packet from medicare which would include extra benefits. I told her i couldn't understand her and to put her supervisor on the phone, but i could not understand her either. It was in my september bank statement that i noticed a pre-authorized check was deducted from my account for 448.61 made payable to dbs. After calling the phone number given on the check, i was told by a third party to continue calling on a weekly basis so as to put pressure on the company in refunding my money. I have not received anything and i know i probably will not.
