I noticed a charge on my carrier bill at the end of month from Silicon Investments.initially, I had no idea who this company was so contacted them immediately. The rep was really nice and she told me that I signed up online for their text alert service. She explained the process of how I signed up and how I was charged. I asked to be removed from the service which she immediately did. She also mentioned that a Stop, Quit, End, or Cancel will immediately unsubscribe you from receiving any future charges or alerts.
