I was charged on my last AT&T cellphone bill 2 x $9.99 taxes and fees for a mobile purchase or download of "Gossip sms alerts" and "Entertainment alerts".
Why doesn't AT&T notify the FBI about this fraud, as AT&T transfers the money to Silicon Investments account.
