They advertised as an Outlet store for Coach handbags and other Coach products. The page looks ligitiment for Coach products. I ordered a handbag as a gift for my daughter. The order was processed on Friday, January 6, and the money was taken from my bank account on Monday, January 9. I got a ligitiment looking e-mail thanking me for my order. The handbag was never delivered, so I e-mailed the account given in the "thank you" e-mail for problems. I got an "out of office" reply stating that the person was in Milan until February 2, and would respond to my compaint when they returned. I didn't hear, so I email again and got a response that said They had received the order, but no payment. I replied that was not true and gave them the amounts, dates and Payee. I also told them I thought they were a scam site and I would report them to my bank, the police and Coach headquarters. They then replied asking me to send them my bank statement and they would check with my bank. I replied that I would NOT send them my bank statement, but that I would check with my bank to see how they recommended I handle this. I have not heard from them again.
