I also received a letter from Sklar-Markind for a bill from R & R Associates but when I call to ask the origin of this bill, I only always get an answering machine, and I'm not willing to loeave my information with phone # etc. I checked with area hospitals and web but could not find any company named R & R Associates, therefore I refuse to pay a bill to a PHANTOM COMPANY.
