Received a call from a "coach" named Jay who says his call is "separate from the program that I paid for". He asked if I make the "final decisions" in my household and I told him no. He then asked who does and I asked why he needed to know the information. I told him that I confer with my husband and asked again why he needed to know. He said that he cannot discuss further until both my husband and I are on the phone. I said it was my decision to pursue this program. He stated that his call was to see if I "qualify" to receive this added benefit. Based on that would determine if I would then speak to his supervisor. When I asked, he would not allow me to speak with his supervisor at all. I then emailed several requests to their support email address listed on their website requesting for reimbursement. Every email failed delivery. I also made numerous phone calls to their customer support number they listed and had no success getting through. Line had a busy signal every time.
