I ordered the products on line for a free trial. They enphasised that they got their custom through these trials and that they thought that once women saw the results they would purchase at full price. I bought 2 products to be used to together and the eye cream. On the 2nd February I noticed that £51.00 had been deducted from my bank acount. I contacted the bank and they said that they had no further details who had taken the money and that they could not stop them taking more. They said that the only way to stop this was to open a new account. The company must have to use the last three digits on the back of any card to get the debit authorised. I thought that it was illegal to make a bank card debit using the three numbers on the back without the authorisation of the card holder. I am now anxious that they will take more money out as and when they please. This is purely theft and I intend to take this matter further. I like everyone else work far too hard for my money and I will not have a bogus fradulent company stealing from my bank account on a reuglar basis. I telephoned a contact number for revitaderm and after 5 minute of then denying that they had taken the money I was cut off by the operator. How can a company get away with this and why can the bank not put a stop on them taking these regular amounts of money.
