Scammer lawyers from LA trying to fool people by making their mail appear to be government. It mentions a bunch of official agency names and tries to look like something other than the sleazy low life attorneys. They are not good enough to stand up in real work so they decided to be lawyers. They actually chose themselves to be sleazy lawyers. I just sent my copy to the FBI (real agency) in Albany, New York.
