Reporting that after much trouble, I was given half of my $99. Back by Global valu-pass, as a "courtesy refund". I wanted it all. The man from Global on the phone was brutally harsh with me.
However, after posting on Scambook, I got a call from a reputable lawyer/firm in Chicago (whom I checked out online) who said they are on the case. Do report your scams. It will help. Let's stop being scammed by these people.
