I have also ordred a trial dose of pills. I then cancelled any further orders, however they still took an amount of £72 from my bank account. I e-mailed them to complain and was informed I should have sent the order back. How when I had not received them? They have since ignored any further e mails. I have also had an amount of £69.95 taken by a company called BIO UK, who are they? Unsure what to do now
