Ordered free product on internet for my daughter on 5th Jan cost for shipping £5.97. It duly came and as far as I was concerned that was the end of it. I had no intention of buying more. But received bank statement today (6th Feb) and discovered that I had money taken from my account without my knowledge. I had not ordered anything more from that firm, nor had I received anything. This was a total scam. I only hope that "Scambook" can help me and all the other unfortunate people to get at least some of our money back.
