I have an account with Intelligent Finance and have used it for many years with no problems. But I stupidly sent for a skin cream which duly arrived, and for which I paid, but obviously this made it possible for this company to continue with details of cosmetics one could buy. Cleverly the firm sounded as if it were a French company. Then when I checked on my Internet Account, even though I had not ordered anything more, money was taken from my current account on January 30th and 31st and February amounting to a total of £126.90.
