I purchased a certificate for "online remote best buy geek squad tech support." I called geek support and one fellow said I had to go directly to Best Buy which we did and they said they knew nothing about it and thought it was a scam. Called the phone number that was issued with the certificate again and they said I needed and SPA number whatever that is. Plum District has no customer service phone number. I found an email address and wrote them a letter ([email protected]) but no response. Don't ever buy anything from them. I noticed they have a no money back policy which is totally unethical. So I am out $50!
