I bid on a free bid only to find out they wanted me to give them my details after they had taken the money so i told them I was not happy sending details like that so they cancelled my account but say i stiill have to pay for 3 months for a platinum account i didn't sign up for any accounts as i thought from their advert it was free. I have been in touch with them again. Being on a small pension i cannot afford this.
