Stated that credit card was for age verification only Instead charged $9.95 toward account

Recently I was checking my banking history online. I found two charges toward my account that was not charged by myself. The charges were a total of $9.95.
WPI*friends clearly stated that a credit card number was for age verification ONLY. They are lying scammers!!!
