I was looking through my tmobile account online. I noticed a $9.99 charge for a download. I never authorized a charge for $9.99. I called Tmobile and they told me it was under the name of Silicon Investments. I have no idea who this is, I have never heard of Silicon investments. I still do not know how this charge got on my cell phone.
