I ordered a jacket which I never received. I received an email from a company called Sitecomplaint.com informing me that payment was made and that they would handle any queries. Www.g-star-raw.net finally sent out a package a month later after dozens of emails. They sent me a tracing number but this was only to buy them some time. A package arrived but it was empty. Www.gstarrawstore.com is also run by the same person. Both China based companies. They both have the same contact email [email protected]
