They took my money and they do not answer my calls.internet

This company, which also goes by VP Elite. Promise to sell and rent my timeshare in a few months. More than two years, have not sold it, or rented it. They do not answer their phone when they know who is calling. They did not put and add on the internet, as they said they would. But the worst is that whn yo look for CNC, nothing comes up. I am so frustrated. I want my $ back
