My mother was rushed to the hospital in December and was released to assisting living in January. She cannot go back home. We are selling her house so we called Monitronics to cancel her service and they basically said they would not cancel it. She is not living at the residence, the alarm has been disconnected. We would happily mail them their equipment but they will not cancel her contract. This is ridiculous.
