I received a call that I was a second chance winner of 2.5million and that I needed to send $399.00 by western Union to cover the Federal certification of the check, and that they would come by my house and escort me to a bank of my choice. When the deposit was cleared then they would need the receipt number from Western union and it was all settled then. I didn't through with it and I gave him run for his money and I told him to forget it and Hung up. I did talk to my bank first and the local police and received confirmation it was a scam.
