Received call identifying I had pending complaint case -quoting document reference - and urgent need for me or my attorney to call 704-464-0168 within 48 hours.
I called back 4/2 phone answered with options - on dialling option 2 no answer just continuous music and not even an answering or message machine.
Later checked the phone number on Google where it was identified as a scam.
Perpetrators should have all their numbers blocked by similar calls to them, and not permitted to open alternate phone access, pending ability to institute legal proceedings.
