My debit account was fraudulently debited for 29.95 after I paid for a one-time payment of 2.95 to investigate a VIN # on a car search with CarFax. CarFax should be notified that their company is being scammed by a third-party using their business to deceive customers in buying another VIN # history report. I contacted my bank and they are investigating. I Hope they go to jail!!!
