My account was debited two days later but 3 wks after, I still dont have my product i ordered! And noone will answer the phone!

I ordered my product on 1-11-12. The took the payment out of my account promptly two days later. But now 3 wks later, i still have not received my product. They should answer the phone when u call. I could understand it taking maybe around 8 or 9 days but 3 wks is way to long. I will look into this legally, thats a promise if I dont get my merchandise! Order #1326291683-226

You have till middle of next week. This is ridiculous!!!
