I have received a prompt reply to my email, stating my credit card was charged because I did not cancel the order in time, following my trial issue (even though I had no idea that I had to cancel something I do not believe I agreed to). However, they are refunding the full amount and have offered a recurring 50% discount should I wish to purchase their product in the future.
Cannot ask for any more than that response, just need to watch my account and ensure the credit is processed.
