I ordered free trial sample at £2.95 in December. The company have taken £79.99 out of my account on 30/1. I have not received any more face cream and was not aware they would be taking money out of my account without my permission. This was a very misleading free trial offer which turned out to be a scam. I have tried ringing the company after searching for a phone number (no paperwork was sent with the product) and the number is no longer in use.
