Very simple, the lcd tv tuner is out of order, call to make the report to the technical customer service on sept/25, but they never send anybody to fix it, i call every two weeks and always the same answer: "sorry for the inconvenience, we escalate this to our supervisor and your tv is in top priority for repair, just wait a couple days, oh well have been almost five months and my warranty expired in 04/10, i have documented all the calls i have made to them. What can i do?
